Shipping Policy

Orders will typically be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of placement. Each order includes tracking information, which will be provided upon shipment. At checkout, customers have the option to choose between Standard and Express shipping methods.

Standard Shipping:
We offer a flat rate of $5.99 for Standard shipping across Australia. This method ensures delivery within a specified timeframe, varying based on location and carrier.

Express Shipping:
For those in need of expedited delivery, we provide Express shipping at a flat rate of $9.05. This option guarantees faster delivery compared to Standard shipping.

We endeavour to pack and dispatch orders promptly, aiming for same-day shipping whenever possible. In the event that you do not receive a shipping update within 48 hours of placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.

Return & Exchange Policy

We're committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, our Refunds and Returns Policy is designed to assist you seamlessly.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
We accept returns and issue refunds for items received damaged or if an incorrect item/s are delivered. Requests for returns must be made within 15 days of receiving the item. Refunds will be provided in the form of store credit. However, please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect ordering.

Damages and Issues:
We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please reach out to our customer support team immediately. Our team will promptly address the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.

Return Procedure:
If your return request is approved, you will be required to post the item at your cost. We will provide you with a return shipping address.

Refund Process:

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll promptly notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be issued to you in the form of store credit, provided to you by way of store gift card within 10 business days.
